I work with people who lead - themselves, others, businesses or ideas - and who want to understand themselves better, challenge their thinking and lead with greater clarity and confidence.

My approach has been shaped by more than 20 years of leadership experience, executive coaching, neuroscience and reflective practice - but also by life itself. Living and working across different countries and cultures, travelling, learning and starting again have taught me a great deal about people, perspective and myself. I see leadership, coaching and life as part of the same human adventure: staying curious, learning from experience and finding the courage to see things differently.

A little about me

I am Katrin -a leadership coach, mentor and supervisor. I bring together hands-on leadership experience, professional coaching practice and an international perspective shaped by a lifetime of learning.

Before becoming a coach, I was a veterinarian, a business leader and CEO, and worked internationally in leadership and people development. Life has since taken me through different countries, cultures and professional worlds- each adding another perspective to how I understand people and leadership.

I am curious by nature- about people, cultures and the different ways we see the world. Nature and animals keep me grounded, and reflection helps me make sense of experience. I value depth, but I also believe there should always be room for lightness and humour.
